Information you submit
When you use the workflow discussion form, Tervoro may receive your name, work email, company, role, workflow description, and the systems you identify. We use this information to understand your inquiry, assess fit, and respond to you.
How information is handled
The website does not intentionally create a marketing profile or sell submitted information. Form delivery is handled through the configured contact-form provider described in the project setup instructions. Access should be limited to people who need the information to respond to an inquiry.
Retention
Tervoro should retain inquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, evaluate an engagement, meet a legal obligation, or maintain a business record. The appropriate retention period should be confirmed as part of the final policy approval.
